The American Heart Association defines a drink of wine as 5 ounces. The association does not recommend drinking alcohol to gain potential health benefits. Cauliflower has become my favorite starch substitute. You can eat it baked, in grains or mashed and it is as good as mashed potatoes at soaking up gravy and sauces .
